Health & Wellbeing: There is nothing more fundamental to life than our next meal yet is often last on our priorities. Often comes down to "Which drive-thru do I want?" or "What coupons do I have?" The social event around the meal is often the priority over good nutrition. Then deciding the hodgepodge meal planning is all OK because we workout hard. A Good Idea would be, better balance that is simple to implement. 

Our health and well-being affects every aspect of our life. Better energy means better thinking and activity. Every good coach and mentor will tell us, take care of the physical and mindset. Our focus will be simple and on ideas to create balance in our lives through nutrition, active lifestyle, and wellbeing of all our parts; body, soul, and spirit.

It is a matter of a 100% Mindset to continue for the 12 weeks of the challenge. It will take a "soulset" to continue the rest of our lives. Have to believe in the process with our "heart and soul" to make it a permanent lifestyle change. Simple food understanding and meal plan without following every social media craze.
